Artist
As an artist, I express myself through digital media with Adobe Photoshop and using traditional media with pencils, pen & ink, water-based paint, and mixed media. I love painting expressive portraits, subjects from nature, and organic lines and shapes. I’m influenced by comic books, pop art, expressionism, surrealism, and any artwork that tells a story or moves people.
Portraits are one of my specialties. Here are some recent favorites of mine.
I love anthropomorphic characters and had a brief run of webcomics called "ZooFiles", which were my effort to be a good uncle and impart my supposed wisdom from afar.
The pet portraits were created to commemorate some dearly departed ones, inspired by Victorian death portraits.
